Qualifications

• Proven experience in flood risk analysis and hydraulic modelling.
• Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, and GIS software.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Chartered status or willingness to achieve it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead flood risk projects with a focus on integrated catchment modelling using InfoWorks ICM.
• Deliver 1D-2D hydraulic models for rivers, surface water, and coastal waters.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure collaborative working.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Use GIS tools like ArcGIS, MapInfo, or QGIS for data analysis.
• Support project managers with financial and change control procedures.
