Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Senior Flood Risk Consultant to lead complex flood risk projects across the UK from Manchester. You will utilise your hydraulic modelling, hydrology, and GIS expertise to manage assignments using InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, Flood Modeller and related tools.

You will mentor junior staff, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 1D-2D modelling using InfoWorks ICM.
• Experience in flood risk analyses for strategy, planning, and design purposes.
• Strong GIS skills and experience with TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, and ESTRY.
• Chartered status or working towards it is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity
