• Mentor junior team members and develop their skills.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure collaborative working.
• Conduct 1D-2D modelling and GIS analysis using ArcGIS, MapInfo or QGIS.
• Support project managers with financial and change control procedures.
• Contribute to business development and tendering activities.
