Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering flood risk projects with focus on hydraulic modelling.
• Proficient in 1D-2D modelling using InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, Flood Modeller and GIS tools.
• Strong leadership with experience guiding technical teams.
• Excellent decision-making and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical work in flood risk management, focusing on hydraulic modelling, hydrology and GIS.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring QA for technical deliverables.
• Develop and test project solutions for flood mitigation.
• Manage and supervise junior resources, supporting project managers and directors.
• Engage in business development activities, including tendering and client engagement.
