Qualifications

• Degree in Geography, Science, or Civil Engineering, with Chartered status (CIWEM or ICE).
• Significant experience in flood risk management and project delivery.
• Proficiency in 1D-2D modelling tools such as TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, and InfoWorks ICM.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage flood risk projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct hydraulic modelling and data analysis to support project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
