Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver fit-out projects across the UK. You will take responsibility for day-to-day delivery, leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal colleagues.

Responsibilities include planning setup, procurement, programme delivery and ensuring works are completed on time, to budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site management and programme delivery.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of cost, programme and project impacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage fit-out projects from setup to handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining client relations.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
• Maintain regular progress updates and strong communication with stakeholders.
