Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is representing a well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Central London launching a brand-new Fire Engineering service. The Associate Director will lead from day one, shaping the service, building a team and establishing processes.

You must be a Chartered Fire Engineer (IFE) with at least 10 years’ experience, strong business development and client-relationship skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Open to experienced, fully Chartered Fire Engineers (IFE).
• At least 10 years’ experience with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of a brand-new fire engineering service stream from ground up.
• Report directly to team lead/director and manage from instruction to billing.
• Work on large projects with senior management and utilise existing client relationships.
