Job summary

Our client in Central London is creating a new fire engineering service from the ground up, with a clear path to Director. You will shape the service, build a team, and leverage in-house support across QS, PM and Development Monitoring.

The role requires a Chartered Fire Engineer (IFE) with at least 10 years’ experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to win business and manage complex projects across London and the South of England.

Qualifications

• Chartered Fire Engineer (IFE) with a strong portfolio of work.
• Experience leading fire engineering services or teams.
• Proven ability to develop new service streams and win client business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of a brand-new fire engineering service stream from scratch.
• Manage projects and client relationships with a track record of business development.
• Report to Building Consultancy Director and drive progression toward Director level.
