Job summary

Brookfield M&E Ltd is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Project Manager to lead the delivery of fire alarm packages across multiple London construction projects. You will manage live sites, coordinate subcontractors and ensure installations meet programme, specifications and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial fire alarm systems, a solid grasp of applicable regulations, and strong organisational and communication abilities to drive projects from

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial fire alarm systems.
• Good understanding of relevant fire alarm regulations and British Standards.
• Strong subcontractor management skills.
• Experience managing projects from installation through to final handover.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fire alarm projects/sites in London.
• Oversee fire alarm subcontractors and ensure delivery aligns with programme and specs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, M&E teams, consultants and trades.
• Review drawings, specifications, and design information.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or technical issues.
• Attend site and project meetings and oversee documentation and certifications.
• Maintain high health & safety and quality standards across projects.
