Job summary

Brookfield M&E Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of fire alarm packages across London construction schemes.

You will manage multiple live sites, coordinate subcontractors and ensure installations align with programme, specifications and safety standards, while maintaining quality and compliance.

Join a respected main contractor and collaborate with project, M&E and commercial teams to drive successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Fire Alarm Contracts Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial fire alarm systems.
• Good understanding of fire alarm regulations and British Standards.
• Strong subcontractor management skills.
• Experience delivering projects from installation through to handover.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Ensure installations meet programme, specs and standards.

Fire Alarm Contracts Manager required. We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Contracts Manager to join a leading main contractor, managing the delivery of fire alarm packages across multiple construction projects throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in fire alarm systems who is comfortable overseeing several live projects at once, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme requirements and ensuring installations are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.

The Role

As Fire Alarm Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and delivery of fire alarm works across a portfolio of London-based projects.

• Managing multiple fire alarm projects/sites simultaneously.
• Overseeing fire alarm subcontractors
• Ensuring installations are delivered in line with programme, specification and relevant standards.
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Managers, M&E teams, consultants and other trades.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, technical submissions and design information.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or technical issues.
• Attending site and project meetings.
• Ensuring all relevant documentation, certification and O&M information is completed.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality across all projects.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Contracts Manager, Fire Alarm Project Manager or Senior Fire Alarm Project Manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial fire alarm systems.
• Good understanding of relevant fire alarm regulations and British Standards
• Strong subcontractor management skills.
• Experience managing projects from installation through to final handover
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
