Leading UK advisory firm is seeking a Financial Due Diligence Manager to lead buy-side and sell-side mandates and assume immediate ownership of client relationships.

You will oversee FDD and transaction services from scoping to delivery, act as the primary client contact, analyse historical and forecast financials, review models, coach junior staff and contribute to deal origination with Partners.

• Analyse historical and forecast financials and present insights.
• Review financial models and ensure deliverable quality.
• Coach junior team members.
• Support origination with networking, proposals and new clients with Partners.
• Manage engagement take-on, risk and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FDD and transaction services projects from scoping to delivery.
• Main client and target contact, building relationships for future work.
• Analyse historical and forecast financials; challenge assumptions; present clear, insightful reports.
• Review financial models and ensure deliverable quality.
• Coach junior team members.
• Contribute to origination: networking, proposals and identifying new clients alongside the Partners.
• Manage engagement take-on, risk and compliance.
