W Talent is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Financial Due Diligence Senior Manager/Director in the UK. The role leads FDD engagements, partnering with PE and corporate clients, and manages multi-disciplinary deal teams across Bristol and Birmingham.

The role emphasizes ownership of assignments, high-quality deliverables, client relationship management, and opportunities to grow the advisory practice.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience.
• Experience operating at Senior Manager or Director level, or ready to make that step.
• Strong technical understanding of financial statements and transaction analysis.
• Proven leadership of FDD assignments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Due Diligence engagements across sectors and transactions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from planning to completion.
• Analyse historical and projected financial performance and working capital.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and commercial considerations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
