Lorien's leading banking client is seeking an experienced Lead Field Engineer with expertise in leading teams, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with Power Platform. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential extension or permanent placement.

This role is based in London.

This role is inside IR35 via umbrella company.

Hybrid working model: 1-2 days on-site per week.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Manage software engineers within the EE CRM/Low Code CoE.
• Ensure rapid, high-quality software delivery that adds value and adheres to bank standards and patterns.
• Manage engineer supply in line with budget and headcount constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, principal engineers, and architects to deliver projects successfully.
• Support the realization of wider platform, domain, and enterprise agendas in collaboration with principal engineers.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, .NET, SQL, HTML5, CSS.
