Lorien's leading banking client is seeking an experienced Lead Field Engineer with expertise in leading teams, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with Power Platform. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential extension or permanent placement.

This role is based in London.

This role will be Inside IR35 via Umbrella.

Work model: Hybrid, 1-2 days on-site per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Software Engineers within the EE CRM/Low Code CoE.
2. Ensure rapid delivery of high-quality software that adds value and aligns with bank standards, patterns, and guardrails.
3. Manage engineer supply in line with budget and headcount constraints.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, principal engineers, and architects to shape and deliver projects successfully.
5. Work with Principal Engineers to understand and support wider platform, domain, and enterprise agendas.
