Zusammenfassung

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Family & Systemic Psychotherapist (0.6 wte, three days per week) to lead systemic and family therapy across Berkshire. You will provide clinical supervision, training, and governance, while working across CAMHS and related services.

Hybrid working is possible, with travel to sites required most days. You will join an established psychological leadership team, shaping patient care and staff development while delivering high-quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (2:2 or above) or equivalent in mental health/social care.
• MSc or equivalent in Family & Systemic Psychotherapy accredited by AFT.
• UKCP registration within CFCSP.
• Postgraduate qualification in systemic supervision.
• Extensive clinical experience in mental health, ideally with children/young people.
• Proven leadership and governance experience in clinical settings.
• Ability to travel between Berkshire sites and work autonomously.
• Commitment to NHS values and service development.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical leadership for systemic and family therapy across Berkshire.

• Collaborate with psychologists, heads of service and external agencies.
