Job summary

PTSG Group is seeking a Lead Fall Arrest Installation Engineer to manage on-site fall protection installations across Essex, London & South East. You will lead a small team, coordinate with site managers and clients, and ensure all works comply with method statements and standards.

The role involves visiting construction sites, installing mansafe and safety lines, and maintaining equipment. A CSCS card, driving licence, and proven leadership are essential for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Experience installing fall protection systems.
• Experience working at height.
• CSCS Card.
• SSSTS / IOSH desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading installation works on construction sites
• Supervising Assistant Engineers
• Liaising with Site Managers and clients
• Installing fall protection systems including mansafe and safety line systems
• Ensuring installations comply with method statements and British Standards
• Completing installation reports and site documentation
• Maintaining company equipment and vehicles
