Job summary
Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is seeking a Lead Engineer for Fall Arrest Installations. The role is field-based across Essex, London & South East, with a company vehicle provided. You will lead on-site installation teams, liaise with site managers and clients, and ensure work meets safety and technical standards.
The position demands experience installing fall protection systems, working at height, and strong leadership. Night/weekend work may be required.
Qualifications
- Experience installing fall protection systems.
- Experience working at height.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage installations on site.
Responsibilities
- Leading installation works on construction sites
- Supervising Assistant Engineers
- Liaising with Site Managers and clients
- Installing fall protection systems including mansafe and safety line systems
- Ensuring installations comply with method statements and British Standards
- Completing installation reports and site documentation
- Maintaining company equipment and vehicles
