Restaurant Associates UK in London is seeking a Senior Event Chef to join one of the capital's newest event venues. Open for under a year, the site is expanding quickly, delivering corporate events and large-scale hospitality across a seven-day operation.

You will work with the Executive Chef to develop menus, lead the kitchen team, and ensure outstanding food for every event in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and your impact will be felt.

Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef aiming for next step, preferably with events/banqueting or high-volume hospitality.
• Creative, organized and calm under pressure with hands-on leadership; able to work across a seven-day events schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Chef with creative and seasonal menu development.
• Lead kitchen team during events, preparation and service.
• Hands-on delivery of consistently excellent food.
• Plan and organise production for events of varying sizes and styles.
• Inspire, coach and develop the kitchen team.
• Maintain food safety, allergen and hygiene standards.
• Manage stock, food costs and waste.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic kitchen culture.
