Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef.
• Background in events, banqueting or high‑volume hospitality.
• Leadership and menu development abilities.
• Strong food safety, allergen and hygiene knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Chef with menu development and seasonal dishes.
• Lead kitchen team during events and service.
• Deliver consistently excellent food across varied events.
• Plan production for events of different sizes and styles.
• Inspire and develop the kitchen team.
