Job summary

Restaurant Associates UK in London is seeking a Senior Event Chef to join one of the capital's newest event venues. Open for under a year, the site is expanding quickly, delivering corporate events and large-scale hospitality across a seven-day operation.

You will work with the Executive Chef to develop menus, lead the kitchen team, and ensure outstanding food for every event in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas are welcomed and your impact will be felt.

Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef aiming for next step, preferably with events/banqueting or high-volume hospitality.
• Creative, organized and calm under pressure with hands-on leadership; able to work across a seven-day events schedule.

We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and hands‑on Senior Sous Chef to join one of London’s newest event venues. Open for less than a year, the venue is growing quickly and already establishing itself within the capital’s events scene.

This is a lively seven-day operation, delivering events across weekdays, evenings and weekends. You’ll work across a varied rota, supporting everything from corporate functions to large‑scale hospitality experiences. No two days will be quite the same—and that’s exactly what makes the role so exciting.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll help develop menus, lead the kitchen team and deliver exceptional food for every event. It’s a fast‑paced, collaborative and genuinely fun environment where your ideas will be welcomed and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact.
