Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Lead Product Manager for End User Compute in Manchester. This role drives the vision, strategy and delivery of colleague computing platforms, including endpoints, OS, app delivery, and VDI.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, balance security and accessibility, and partner with engineering, design and business to deliver measurable value. You will own the EUC portfolio lifecycle, leveraging customer insights and data to prioritise improvements, and shaping roadmaps that align

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience.
• Experience with end-user computing products such as endpoint management, OS, app delivery, VDI, or related services.
• Knowledge of Windows, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and modern app management for secure colleague experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across teams.
• Experience coaching and developing engineering teams.
• Experience using customer insights and data to drive decisions.
• Ability to translate business goals into product outcomes, roadmaps and measurable objectives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the colleague computing products and services (endpoint platforms, app delivery, VDI, workplace services).
• Own the product lifecycle and health of the EUC portfolio, informing priorities with service insights and metrics.
• Define and communicate vision, strategy and roadmap for the end user compute portfolio.
• Collaborate with hardware, cyber security and support teams to deliver a joined-up experience.
• Use customer insight and data to identify opportunities and prioritise product improvements.
• Maintain a well-prioritised backlog and measure product performance to guide decisions.
• Build strong relationships with product, design, engineering and business teams; lead engineers.
