Job summary

The LME Group in London seeks an experienced Modern Workspace EUC Technology Lead responsible for designing, delivering and lifecycle-managing workplace technology platforms. This role ensures secure, reliable and modern digital experiences across desktops, laptops, virtual environments and core productivity services.

The EUC Lead will own stability, security and evolution of the end-user computing estate, ensuring high availability and regulatory compliance while improving the employee

Qualifications

• Proven career history in regulated environments (financial services preferred).
• Experience in End User Computing or Desktop Engineering in enterprise-scale settings.
• Senior/lead role with technical ownership or delivery accountability across platforms.
• ITIL-governed operating model experience (incident, problem, change, lifecycle).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and governance patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and governance for EUC services (Windows endpoints, VDI, productivity tools).
• Own desktop/laptop build lifecycle, configuration, patching, hardware standards.
• Drive adoption of modern workplace tooling (Intune, Autopilot, WUfB).
• Oversee patching processes and vulnerability remediation with cyber security teams.
• Lead Citrix environments, performance optimization and upgrades.
• Provide expert Exchange/messaging support and policy control.
• Drive incident resolution, documentation, and collaboration with infra/security teams.
• Manage EUC projects, stakeholder engagement, and vendor relations.
