Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise data platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Business teams to translate business objectives into actionable technical workstreams and coordinate releases across multiple teams.

The role requires strong Agile methods, experience with cloud platforms, and a track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead technical software delivery and enterprise technology projects.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile, and DevOps.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, releases, and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives across the Data Platform portfolio.
• Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery while aligning with business priorities.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and dependency maps across engineering groups.
• Coordinate releases across multiple teams and ensure production deployments succeed.
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership and steering committees.
