Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead data-driven initiatives across the Interactive portfolio. You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to ensure delivery aligned with Aristocrat’s objectives at our EMEA center of excellence.

Proven record to define, scope, and manage programs and projects with alignment to strategic objectives.
Ability to consolidate and report on program health, status and impact.
Proven track record applying Agile principles for iterative progress.
Experience coordinating multiple teams and driving collaboration.
8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data initiatives across projects.
Develop charters, program plans, and ensure timely delivery.
Set KPIs and success metrics for data services and data products.
Collaborate with engineering and data science to guide data product lifecycles.
Translate business requirements into technical scopes and user stories for data teams.
Ensure customer needs are reflected in builds and roadmaps.
Apply Agile practices to backlogs, sprints, and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop dashboards and updates for portfolio visibility and governance.
