Job summary

M&G Prudential is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (Data) to lead end-to-end delivery of data initiatives across our Enterprise Data function. You will coordinate business, technology and delivery teams to shape outcomes, plan work, manage dependencies and deliver secure, well-governed data solutions.

The role supports cloud data platforms and requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Strong technical delivery capability in complex data and cloud environments.
• Understanding of end-to-end software delivery lifecycle and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned data initiatives from inception through production handover.
• Create and maintain integrated delivery plans with milestones, risks and decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, engineers, QA, security and operations to deliver outcomes.
• Support delivery across cloud data platforms including Azure and Databricks.
• Manage delivery finances, forecasts and resources; ensure operational readiness for data platforms.
• Lead supplier and third-party delivery as required and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
