Job summary

Peaple Talent are recruiting an experienced IT Enterprise Architect to join the IT Leadership Team of a growing group, shaping the technology landscape, defining architecture standards and supporting integration across acquisitions. Location: Loughborough, hybrid, 3 days onsite.

The role blends strategy with hands-on design and delivery, assessing landscapes, managing risk, security and compliance, and guiding ERP/Dynamics transformations. Travel to group sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Experience with M&A technology integration or separation.
• Hands-on IT system design and implementation.
• Experience with ERP/Dynamics transformation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture strategy, standards and roadmaps.
• Lead technology assessments across acquisitions and integrations.
• Design future-state solutions across applications, infrastructure and data.
• Support major digital transformation and ERP/Dynamics programmes.
• Assess risk, security, compliance and non-functional requirements.
• Oversee solution design and implementation with internal teams and partners.
