Job summary

You will lead Virtual Environment integration within a complex Digital Engineering ecosystem, aligning architecture with business goals and ensuring secure, compliant delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Architecture and Digital Engineering environments.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defence or highly regulated domains.
• Ability to lead architectural roadmaps across multiple teams.
• Proven track record delivering secure, compliant architectures.
• Strong collaboration with Product Owners and Delivery Managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain High- and Low-Level designs.
• Provide architectural leadership across people, process and tech domains.
• Ensure security, compliance and governance alignment.
• Promote architecture reuse and innovation.
• Drive continuous improvement of framework and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on architecture work.
• Communicate risks, progress and architectural vision to stakeholders.
• Support planning, estimation and workload management.
