Job summary

Cognizant in London is seeking a hands‑on Technology Consultant to lead envisioning, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft automation and agentic AI solutions. You will shape roadmaps with executive stakeholders and drive measurable business impact.

You will own solution architecture for Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI, setting governance, security, and performance baselines while mentoring teams and guiding accelerators.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to lead workshops, define ROI, and shape roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and envisioning workshops to identify high‑value AI use cases.
• Translate requirements into solution options and roadmaps for execs.
• Run demos, PoVs/PoTs, and produce proposals, SoWs, fit‑gap analyses.
• Advise on governance, security, and adoption for Copilot Agents and Power Platform.
