Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Principal Agentic Platforms Architect to lead the technical vision and hands-on development of enterprise agentic AI platforms.

You will own end-to-end platform architecture, spanning runtime orchestration, governance, model and tool integration, and production lifecycle management in a highly secure environment. You will write production code, set engineering standards, and drive the team toward exceptional security, resilience, and performance while mentoring

Formación

• 12+ years of hands-on software and AI engineering experience.
• Experience designing and shipping enterprise AI/ML systems into production at scale.
• Deep coding expertise in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and multi-agent systems is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise agentic AI platform architecture, including runtime environments and governance.
• Lead hands-on architecture and development of scalable agentic systems and multi-agent coordination.
• Drive model and platform integration strategy across providers with strong security and governance.
• Architect API-first platform capabilities for secure, scalable AI agent operations.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards across the organization.
• Establish architectural governance and documentation aligned with security principles.
