Job summary

Mastercard seeks an AI Consultant (Principal AI Engineer) to design agentic AI architectures and guide customers through scalable, secure AI deployments. You will work with partners to understand architectures and data landscapes, providing technical consultation on integration and governance.

You will translate requirements into blueprint designs, advise on data readiness and AI model integration, and help establish guardrails and best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years designing and building complex software systems.
• Enterprise architecture experience translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, including generative AI in enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for Agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration and data flows.
• Lead partner-facing solution consulting and technical discovery sessions.
• Create blueprints, reference designs and implementation guidance for partners.
