Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, fluids, materials, and structural analysis.
• Proficiency with CAD systems, CAM tools, and PLM platforms.
• Experience designing or analyzing mechanical systems (fluid transport, compression, combustion, thermal management).
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering teams and applying systems engineering methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to design and development of new products and customer-specific engineering solutions.
• Apply systems engineering principles: requirements, architecture, integration, configuration management, risk management.
• Support projects through concept development, design, verification, validation, production, and commercialization.
