Are you a highly skilled Plumber who takes pride in delivering excellent repairs and maintenance and supporting others to succeed?, At Platform Property Care, we're looking for a Lead Engineer - Plumbing to join our team in Market Harborough. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi skilled Plumber to combine hands‑on trade expertise supporting colleagues, driving quality standards and helping improve our service delivery.

Acting as the subject matter expert for plumbing, you'll spend around 70-80% of your time delivering repairs and maintenance work, while dedicating the remainder to coaching colleagues, assessing competence, supporting apprentices, and promoting best practice across our Property Care teams.
