At Platform Property Care, we're looking for three Lead Engineers – Plumbing to join our team in Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi skilled Plumber to combine hands‑on trade expertise supporting colleagues, driving quality standards and helping improve our service delivery.
Acting as the subject matter expert for plumbing, you'll spend around 70-80% of your time delivering repairs and maintenance work, while dedicating the remainder to coaching colleagues, assessing competence, supporting apprentices, and promoting best practice across our Property Care teams.
You'll be ensuring our customers' homes are maintained and repaired to a high standard while also helping to drive consistency, quality and best practice across our Property Care teams.
