Job summary

EDAG Engineering Limited is seeking a Lead Engineer – Exterior Lighting & Mirrors to drive cross-functional program delivery, manage suppliers, and ensure budget and schedule adherence for lighting and mirror systems across a vehicle programme.

You will lead DFMEA activities, guide design for manufacture, and coordinate validation activities toward 100% sign-off, while maintaining system-level documentation and milestone deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of automotive engineering experience, exterior lighting or mirrors.
• Strong knowledge of lighting tech (LED, Matrix LED, adaptive lighting) and ADAS integration.

Responsibilities

• Own domain ownership for exterior lighting and mirrors across the vehicle programme.
• Provide DFM guidance and manufacturing feasibility support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and engineering standards across the domain.
