  • Conduct trade audits, reviews and quality assessments to ensure compliance and high standards.
  • Act as a technical expert and escalation point for trade-related queries.
  • Monitor industry developments, legislation and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement and enhance service delivery.

No two days are the same. This varied role offers the opportunity to influence technical standards, support colleague development and make a lasting impact on the services we provide to our customers.

  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload.
  • Passionate about developing others and sharing your knowledge.
  • Organised and focused on delivering right-first-time outcomes.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and apprentices.
  • Committed to maintaining excellent health and safety standards.
Some things we need from you:

  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience working within social housing, a local authority or housing association.
  • Previous coaching, mentoring or assessor experience.

  • As you will be working within customers' homes this role requires a DBS check.
  • This role is for a team covering Birmingham. Ideally you will only have a maximum of an hour's commute to this area.
Working for Platform Property Care, you will benefit from
  • Competitive salary of £45,100 plus opportunities for overtime and out-of-hours payments.
