Job summary

Elanco, a global animal health leader, seeks a Lead Engineer for Customer Identity & Consent to drive technical discovery and integrations across SAP CDC, SFMC, and Veeva Vault CRM. You will collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Hybrid role based in Hook, UK, with a strong emphasis on API-first design, DevSecOps culture, and cross-team impact across global ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in modern app architectures (SOA, API-Centric, Twelve-Factor).
• 5+ years Cloud Native design (Azure/Google Cloud).
• 5+ years product-driven delivery with Agile/ CCPM.
• 5+ years DevSecOps with CI/CD and TDD.
• Docker/Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Databricks experience.
• Familiar with identity platforms like SAP CDC, Veeva Vault CRM, SFMC.
• Hands-on software engineering with web tech (TypeScript/JS/Node/React).

Responsibilities

• Software & Platform Solutions Development: contribute to growing capabilities across Software and Platform Engineering; develop full-stack solutions with front-end, back-end, and SaaS integrations.
• Product Build, Run & Modernization: build/run activities, including event reporting and custom-engineered solutions, balancing quality, speed, and stability.
• Collaboration & Backlog Management: work with team members to improve efficiency, align with standards, and support backlog sizing.
• Security & Continuous Improvement: apply secure coding, embed privacy and data protection, identify improvement opportunities.
• Innovation & Engineering Community: participate in hackathons and rotations, share knowledge, engage with engineering community.
