CFC is seeking a Lead Security Engineer (Access) to shape and deliver security across networks, devices, identity and access environments. This senior IC role requires hands‑on delivery, cross‑functional collaboration and strong architectural judgment.

You will design secure access for human and non‑human identities, implement scalable policy‑as‑code, and drive security governance across cloud, on‑premise and AI architectures. Hybrid London workplace with meaningful impact.

Formación

• Deep experience designing and engineering security across enterprise networks, devices, identity and access.
• Strong understanding of network segmentation and security architecture across cloud systems.
• Hands‑on experience implementing identity and access management and privileged‑access controls.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, secrets management and audit.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and operate automated security governance and controls across network, device, identity and access systems.
• Architect reusable security services for enterprise systems, integrating governance, protection, detection, response and recovery.
• Design and implement access controls for human and non-human identities, including service and AI identities.
• Strengthen authentication, authorization, secrets management, audit and privilege segmentation across systems and services.
• Automate security policies and guardrails across workflows and endpoints, including AI augmentation.
• Advise technology teams on architecture and access-control decisions.
