Haven is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to guide AI-enabled engineering initiatives. You will set technical direction, define architecture, and act as the principal technical contact for the squad while mentoring engineers.

This remote-first role includes occasional visits to Hemel Hempstead or Haven parks for collaboration. You'll balance hands-on coding with leadership, shaping engineering standards across Haven and ensuring secure, reliable delivery of high-quality software.

Competenze

Extensive experience leading software engineering teams in AI-enabled environments.
Proven track record as a Lead Engineer driving architecture and delivery.
Strong knowledge of AI-enabled software engineering practices and tooling.
Expertise in one of C#, Dart, or TypeScript with backend/frontend frameworks.
Solid grounding in SOLID, Clean Code, and TDD.
