Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Shift Engineer in Ledbury to maintain and improve critical production assets within a busy manufacturing site. You will join a skilled engineering team responsible for keeping equipment running and improving reliability.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Engineering and multi-skilled electrical and mechanical experience; PLCs, drives and pneumatics are advantageous. Expect 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days on, 2 nights on, then 5 days off) Sun–Fri.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated multi-skilled electrical and mechanical experience.
• Manufacturing background is essential.
• Experience with PLCs, drives and pneumatics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and breakdown maintenance on production assets.
• Fault finding and technical support for line performance.
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Support safety and performance initiatives.
