Job summary

The North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Emergency Practitioner to join the Urgent Treatment Care (UTC) team at Peterborough City Hospital and the MIU at Stamford and Rutland Hospital. You will lead our Emergency Practitioner group and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

The post holder will be NMC/HCPC registered and will provide expert clinical, professional and leadership support across shifts, contributing to service

Qualifications

• Lead Emergency Practitioner with strong leadership and team collaboration.
• Deliver patient-centred, evidence-based care in a UTC setting.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Emergency Practitioner team within UTC at Peterborough City Hospital and MIU at Stamford and Rutland Hospital.
• Provide expert clinical, professional and managerial support to colleagues across shifts.
• Work with senior leads and managers to maintain high-quality urgent care services.
