Job summary

Expleo is seeking an Embedded Design Authority Team Leader to guide technical teams across defence project lifecycles, from concept through in-service support. You will drive design evolution to meet customer requirements, approve production processes, and lead DFMEA activities while maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in mechanical/aero/physics or equivalent.
• Professional membership/CEng of a relevant institute is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage design evolution to meet customer requirements.
• Lead DFMEA activities and structural/thermal/ballistic analyses.
• Approve production processes and tooling; manage design reviews (PDR/DDR/CDR).
• Produce technical specifications, reports and presentations for customers.
• Lead trials readiness reviews and validation testing prior to qualification.
