Room at the Top Recruitment seeks a seasoned hardware/production support engineer to drive ECO changes, lead NPI/tester activities, and support global production floors. You will work with cross‑functional teams across multiple sites, including the Cambourne office, with hybrid working options.

The role requires deep electronics knowledge, hands‑on debugging, and strong communication in English (and Hebrew). PAYE contract for 12 months with an hourly rate between £21.54 and £36.62.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or similar.
• Understanding of production line testers design and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of electronic design (Analog / Digital / Radio).
• Knowledge of components, PCB/PCBA design, batteries, RF, IR and ATE testing.
• Strong communication in Hebrew and English; able to work in a global matrixed org.
• Hands-on expertise with hardware systems and networked instrumentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead HW/ATE/SW change (ECO) on new and legacy products and NPI.
• Lead testers procedures for new products (test stations, wiring, testing, validation).
• Lead the product during NPI and legacy stages.
• Lead failure analysis and reliability testing of design aspects.
• Support local and worldwide production floors.
• Publish reports of results to peers and management.
• Collaborate with production line ATE engineers to deploy testers abroad.
