Job summary

Lead Electronics Engineer in East Sussex with a global organisation specialising in vacuum products and abatement solutions. You will join a fast-paced R&D environment and lead a small electronics team, driving mixed-signal design projects for semiconductor manufacturing industries.

The successful candidate will have a BSc/MSc in Engineering, hands-on experience with mixed-signal design, Ethernet, and schematic capture tools such as OrCAD or Altium, enabling progression within the organisation.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Engineering (or relevant discipline) required.
• Mixed-signal design experience (digital/analog) essential.
• Familiarity with schematic capture tools such as OrCAD/Altium is advantageous.
• Experience with microcontrollers/microprocessors in product design.
• Experience with mixed-signal design is required.
• Experience with Ethernet or similar communication protocols preferred.
