Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a commercial project in Wembley, London. The role requires proven supervision experience on commercial electrical works and the ability to lead on site.

You will supervise operatives and subcontractors, inspect installation quality against drawings and specifications, ensure compliance with RAMS and health and safety procedures, coordinate with site management and other trades, and monitor progress to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects.
• Valid ECS Gold Card or relevant electrical qualifications.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating electrical operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Overseeing electrical installation works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project programmes.
• Ensuring all works comply with current electrical regulations, health and safety requirements, and site procedures.
• Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring installations meet the required standards.
• Coordinating with site management and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitoring daily progress, labour, and materials.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues to avoid delays.
