Qualifications

Excellent client facing skills with ability to manage difficult situations.
Demonstrable experience leading design teams on complex projects.
Commercial awareness in project costs and risks.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Responsibilities
Lead design delivery for significant and complex schemes.
Define and manage client and consultant relationships.
Represent the firm at project meetings.
Manage and motivate the internal project team.
Monitor project expenditure and resource requirements.
Identify and manage project and commercial risks.
