Job summary
WSP seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer for Building Services in Cambridge, combining leadership of electrical design with cross-disciplinary teamwork. You will oversee detailed designs, liaise with clients, and steer project delivery across MEP disciplines.

Qualifications
- BEng/BSc/MEng in applicable engineering discipline.
- CIBSE / IET / Engineering Council accredited honours degree or similar.
- Working towards I Eng or C Eng status.
- RevitMEP training applied to the discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and technical delivery within an MEP team on a range of projects.
- Supervise detailed designs and the work of others.
- Interpret client needs and deliver full discipline output.
- Ensure feasibility and resource planning for project delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams including MEVP disciplines.
