Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd in London is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a large building services provider at a Westminster site. You will lead a team of M&E engineers, manage PPM and reactive maintenance, and report to the Engineering Manager.

Lead Electrical Engineer

Victoria, Westminster £50,000 - £55,000

New role for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a large, well renowned building service provider on a blue chip building in Westminster! This is a great role if you're looking to progress further in your career.

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll lead a team of M&E Engineers, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E systems, allocate works, oversee logbooks and report into the Engineering Manager.

This is a static, shift role, following a continental shift pattern (Days and night shift)

Lead Electrical Engineer Duties:

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems
• Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
• Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
• Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
• Organising subcontractors
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Reports
• Conducting client meetings
• Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis

Lead Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Engineering
• Building Services Maintenance experience
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
