Stantec is seeking a Senior/Principal Electrical Design Engineer for its MEP team in the Southwest. The role focuses on leading building services design projects, engaging with clients and ensuring high-quality outputs across disciplines.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, supporting chartership paths, and driving innovation while collaborating with architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Building Services design with BIM knowledge.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Track record in healthcare, education, commercial, residential or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from inception to delivery.
• Engage with clients and oversee deliverables, resourcing, programme, and budget.
• Mentor junior engineers and support chartership routes.
• Contribute to innovation, process improvement and technical excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
