Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services) in Dudley. You will be the technical authority on complex MEP design projects and lead design work across a multidisciplinary team.

This hybrid role offers mentoring, chartership support, CPD, and a clear leadership pathway, with two days in the office. You’ll review calculations, drawings, and manage client relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Design Engineer in building services.
• Strong MEP design experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Ability to act as technical authority and progress into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design work on complex MEP projects.
• Review drawings and calculations; run project meetings.
• Manage workloads and build strong client relationships.
