Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join a busy site in Radlett. The role is an immediate start on a live construction project, supervising earthworks and groundworks with attention to safety and efficiency.

You will manage groundworkers and plant operators, co-ordinate resources, and ensure works are carried out to specification, with strong RAMS and health & safety leadership expected on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Earthworks Supervisor / Groundworks Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, excavation, grading and levels.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Supervisor Card holder.
• CPCS or NPORS advantageous where relevant.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with RAMS and health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervising earthworks and groundworks operations on site
• Managing and coordinating groundworkers and plant operators
• Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and to specification
• Setting out and checking levels where required
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager
• Coordinating plant, labour and materials
• Completing site paperwork and daily records
